Dr. Amani Yousef Owaidah is the Director of the Princess Aljawhara Al-Ibrahim Center of Molecular Medicine, Genetics, and Genetic Disorders at the Arabian Gulf University in Bahrain, where she leads initiatives in molecular medicine, genetics, and regenerative medicine. She holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Medicine and an MSc in Transfusion and Transplantation Sciences from the University of Bristol, and a Higher Diploma in Medical Education from the University of Dundee.
Previously, Dr. Owaidah held leadership roles at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University, including Vice Dean of Scientific Research and Innovation and Vice Dean of Development and Community Partnerships. Her work centers on advancing research excellence, academic quality, and innovation in health sciences education across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and the Arab region.

Professor of early childhood education, specialising in quality evaluation in kindergarten. Member of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Council for Childhood and Development, President of the House of Expertise for Early Childhood Consultations and Studies, holder of the Medal of Excellence in Social Responsibility in addition to her membership in many local associations and organisations. She has published the Kindergarten Quality Scale and the translated ITERS-3.

Prof. Shadia Salah Salem is a Professor of Clothing Manufacturing Technology with extensive academic and professional experience. She has worked at Helwan University, Mansoura University (Egypt), and King Abdulaziz University (Saudi Arabia). Her research focuses on sustainable development and industrial innovation, and she has published widely in these areas. She has supervised numerous graduate theses and served as a reviewer for leading journals and conferences. Professor Salem is the Editor-in-Chief of The International Journal of Design and Applied Research, an accredited reviewer for academic bodies in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and a certified TOT trainer in quality and accreditation. She received the “Knight of Quality” award from King Abdulaziz University, serves as a consultant at the College of Maritime Studies,
and was named a Goodwill Ambassador for Peace by the Arab-European Center in Norway.
