الدكتورة نجوى الفزّاع غريس حاصلة على درجة الدكتوراه في العلوم التربوية من جامعة تونس وجامعة لوفان-لا-نوف في بلجيكا. تشغل حالياً منصب مديرة البرامج والمشاريع في المركز الإقليمي للجودة والتميز في التعليم التابع لليونسكو (RCQE-UNESCO). وكانت سابقاً أستاذة جامعية بالمعهد العالي للتربية في جامعة تونس.
شاركت في تأليف تقارير المعرفة العربية، وكانت الكاتبة الرئيسة لتقارير مؤشر المعرفة العربي وعضواً أساسياً في فريق مؤشر المعرفة العالمي (منذ 2017 وحتى الآن) الذي طوره برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي ومؤسسة محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم للمعرفة. وهي عضوة في اللجنة العلمية للنموذج العربي للجودة والتميز في التعليم الذي طوره المركز الإقليمي للجودة والتميز في التعليم باليونسكو.
عملت كمستشارة ومدربة تربوية مع اليونسكو، برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي، الألكسو، فرنسا للتعليم الدولي، المجلس العربي للطفولة والتنمية، DVV International وغيرها. تتركز خبرتها على التنمية المستدامة، التقييم والقياس، جودة التعليم، الدراسات المقارنة، وتطوير مؤشرات التعليم.

Ms. Tracey Jones is a thought leader in Emotional Intelligence, having delivered her programs and methodologies to over 4,500 educators. With more than 670 coaching hours with senior leaders, her company, Chrysalis, specializes in the human element of leadership. Her passion lies in empowering both educators and younger generations to build strong toolkits for managing life transitions.
Tracey collaborates with Directors of Education on senior team performance and consults on strategic leadership matters. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she played a pivotal role in supporting over 400 head teachers, senior leaders, and politicians. She also works within elite sports and with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families. Tracey is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and her coaching practice adheres to the Global Code of Ethics of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Her leadership programs are IOL accredited and endorsed at the highest levels within Wales.
Dr. Enas Abulibdeh

Dr. Enas Aboulbada is an expert and pioneer in artificial intelligence and educational technology with over 15 years of academic and research experience. She is a professor at the College of Education at Al Ain University, where she managed the Technology and Diversity hub in the College of Education’s CAEP international accreditation program. and previously served as Dean of Student Affairs (2013-2015). Dr. Inas is known for her influential contributions to capacity building and curriculum development in the United Arab Emirates, as well as through prominent international partnerships. In addition to the training programs she has delivered in Ghana, Rwanda, and Indonesia in collaboration with Educators Without Borders International, Dr. Inas has implemented strategic initiatives with UNESCO, including: A program to prepare curriculum developers in Arab countries; Capacity-building initiatives in Tanzania Her advanced research interests focus on the impact of artificial intelligence on teacher skill development and the improvement of teaching strategies and professional development, with an interest in models (TAM, TPACK, UDL), digital citizenship, and STEM . It is also EFQM-accredited and has activities related to social and humanitarian initiatives.
