The Arabian Gulf University (AGU), in partnership with the UNESCO Regional Center for Quality & Excellence in Education (RCQE), warmly welcomes participants to this pioneering forum to be held on 2–3 December 2025 in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.

This forum serves as a strategic dialogue platform, bringing together Ministers of Higher Education, university presidents, educational experts, policymakers, and representatives of regional and international organizations to explore the future of Arab higher education in light of global transformations.
